[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received refrigerator in February. Already have a service call for the water/ice dispenser. Seems like it will be easy fix. Neat refrigerator. I suggest keep your older appliances as long as you can!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had the refrigerator for long but am very happy with it. It seems to have plenty of room, and I like the ability to use 1/2 of the freezer space for refrigerator space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very stylish and modern, but lacks functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator earlier this month (June 2025), and although we love the outside of if, which is very stylish and modern, the inside doesn't function as well as I'd hoped. I did research on how to properly store food and the interior is designed in a way that makes arranging food items in their proper storage capacities a little difficult. The refrigerator is colder at the bottom and losing some of the coldness the higher up you go and yet Whirlpool decided to take up valuable storage space at the bottom to place the filer compartment, which takes much needed space away from the deli drawer. The crisper drawer on the left cannot be opened without opening both doors. The freezer section has two pullout trays on both sides that are very convenient for storing certain items; however, they failed to put a back on them to keep items from falling off the backside into the space below because the small lip that is there to do the job is way too small to keep stacked items in place when you're pulling the trays out in a hurry. Lastly, the opening for the water/ice dispense is too small for taller glasses and pitchers and you have to hold both the glass at the same time with the lever that dispenses water (it takes both hands) instead of being able to just push the lip of your glass against it with one hand, unless you're using a glass that's particularly slim around the edge.
