Horrible

When I say I hate this refrigerator that is putting it lightly. Tried calling appliance store where purchase and they wouldn’t help. Had the until for less then a month and have 2 service calls. The left side doesn’t stay open and the bruises I have trying to put items in it is ridiculous. I have to use my shoulder to prop it open to but groceries in. It is so small I have to remove a shelf to put bigger items in. The freezer to fridge side doesn’t keep anything frozen it defrosted everything. I have a cup of water in it only set at 32 degrees and it won’t freeze. If I can’t use it as a freezer what’s the point. The manual is a joke it is unless. Tried to find how to switch water dispenser from liters to ounces and it’s not there. It says how to change the size but not units. I have been crying daily wanting to swap it out in the first week but no one will help. A HUGE EXPENSE FOR A LESSON LEARNED. I have spoken to customer service and all they can do is keep sending someone out to service. Frustrated that I had to buy a freezer for my garage to store food since I only have 1/2 freezer. Also when the water runs through the line it literally is so loud it sounds like a running faucet. If I could have given this a 0 I would have. After this I will never purchase another Whirlpool again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

Water stopped coming out a month after buying. Then cracks appeared all inside the refrigerator. Started reporting problems but there is “no record “ of reporting. Obviously we did nothing to crack the inside of the fridge it’s just a crappy made product and Whirlpool refuses to fix THIER crappy product. Oh but the did offer some white tape.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is by far the most efficient & aesthetically pleasing fridge I’ve gotten.

There is so much storage that you can divide into 4 sections as well as adjust the temperature accordingly. The ice maker & filter exchange is super easy & efficient. There is no noise coming from this fridge unless it’s producing ice but it’s subtle. Overall it’s such a convenient fridge, highly recommend.

Great features and design

It has such a convertible feature in which one can convert freezer to refrigerator zone. It has in door ice and water dispenser system. The temperature sensors in the refrigerator monitors food to keep it fresh for longer period of time. It works great and runs quite which I love most about it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it's a good fridge. Love that we can use the bottom right as either a fridge or freezer. Love the four doors. They are easy to open and close. It is definitely smaller capacity than what we are used to though. It is very heavy but it was easy to install. The freezer part didn't take long to cool but the fridge part is taking a little bit. Haven't gotten ice yet but so far that all seems to be decent. Easy to install and replace the filter. The shelf space is a little on the small size but the drawers are all decent size. Overall I do recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation and setup were very easy. Water works well. Waiting on the ice maker (24-48 hours). There’s no loud noise. Stores a lot of food. The coolest feature would be the fridge to freezer option.

Great temperature control but lack of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has good temperature control. There are two separate sides to the freezer, and each side has separate temperature controls. The ice and water dispenser works well and is easy to use. The biggest drawback is the lack of space. It is hard to fit tall items and bulky items. I received this product for free on influenster in exchange for my honest review.
