Really bad product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator since was installed never works. I can hear the motor working but never cold. Waiting more than 48 hours and nothing. Was a really bad experience.

Small size, questionable quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for a few months now and the water dispenser has already failed. Often we return to find the doors have not sealed correctly, leaving the food inside nearer to room temp and everything coated with condensation. The one factor that stands out for this fridge, it is the smallest counter depth design on the market. Which is the only size that fits in our home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Check your Freezer temp -

You decide - here are our facts - We bought this Whirlpool refrigerator Dec 2024, the freezer stayed below -17 degrees (Yes that is negative 17) after 5 tech visits over 5 months, which could not fix it, Whirlpool replaced it in June 2025. The replacement freezer temp fluctuates between 0 and 20 degrees and after 6 more repair visits, the freezer still will not get colder than 10 degrees, again fluctuating as much as 20 degrees, but never below 10. The FDA and USDA state that food (meat) that is not kept at least 0 degrees will grow bacteria and the fluctuation will cause freezer burn on your meat. The ice maker does not make ice when the freezer temp goes below 14 (according to the techs), which is why we get little - if any- ice. After nearly a dozen visits, Whirlpool claims that 10 degrees for a freezer is normal and will not go any further in trying to fix the issue. They also claim that while the ice bin will only hold about 4 cups of ice, taking up to two days to fill the bin is their "normal" - so according to Whirlpool techs, you can get two big glasses of ice every two days and that is supposed to be normal. Whirlpool told me that they consider not having any ice or a little ice in the ice maker and a freezer that will not go below 10 degrees, no matter what the setting, is their "normal" on a refrigerator that is only two months old and if I call again, they are going to charge me for the service call.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am replacing my side-by-side model with the same size with the same capacity. The refrigerator portion is poorly designed. I was unable to fit everything from my previous fridge in the top part. The shelf heights are too short for most condiments, which required the use of the fridge/freezer portion. This area could use a better design also. It has 1 pull out shelf which is nice, but having 2 drawer doesn’t allow for optimal product storage, but at least the door can hold some condiments. It would be nice to have an option to replace the drawers with more pull out shelves. The same is true for the freezer part. 2 of the 3 drawers require both doors to be opened to access the contents. No bueno. The door displace has a disappointing responsiveness. The metered water dispenser often takes several attempts to get it to operate. It is nice that the opening will fit an Owala water bottle. The temperature for the freezer, fridge, and freezer/fridge are always on display and can be inadvertently changed with unintentional contact with the pad. The temperature values are always on display. There is no need for this. I bought this model without seeing it in person, which was a mistake. I would have returned it if I hadn’t already sold my old one. I would not recommend this or purchase this again.

Limitations on storage but still good refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its quiet when running. The counter depth is really nice, gives us a little extra space. Really love the flexibility of changing the bottom to be freezer or refrigerator. The top part, however, has some storage issues. Tall items are difficult to fit if you plan on using all the shelves provided. You'll have good availability to store gallon jugs on the door, though. In door ice and water work well. All-in-all this refrigerator does exactly what promised.

As others have said the shelves are a little odd and you cannot stand things up. Also the water dispenser sprays back towards the refrigerator and makes it sort of difficult to fill cups

Terrible use of space
