Great temperature control but lack of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has good temperature control. There are two separate sides to the freezer, and each side has separate temperature controls. The ice and water dispenser works well and is easy to use. The biggest drawback is the lack of space. It is hard to fit tall items and bulky items. I received this product for free on influenster in exchange for my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation and setup were very easy. Water works well. Waiting on the ice maker (24-48 hours). There’s no loud noise. Stores a lot of food. The coolest feature would be the fridge to freezer option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it's a good fridge. Love that we can use the bottom right as either a fridge or freezer. Love the four doors. They are easy to open and close. It is definitely smaller capacity than what we are used to though. It is very heavy but it was easy to install. The freezer part didn't take long to cool but the fridge part is taking a little bit. Haven't gotten ice yet but so far that all seems to be decent. Easy to install and replace the filter. The shelf space is a little on the small size but the drawers are all decent size. Overall I do recommend.

Great features and design

It has such a convertible feature in which one can convert freezer to refrigerator zone. It has in door ice and water dispenser system. The temperature sensors in the refrigerator monitors food to keep it fresh for longer period of time. It works great and runs quite which I love most about it!

There is so much storage that you can divide into 4 sections as well as adjust the temperature accordingly. The ice maker & filter exchange is super easy & efficient. There is no noise coming from this fridge unless it’s producing ice but it’s subtle. Overall it’s such a convenient fridge, highly recommend.

THE WORST FRIDGE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HATE THIS FRIDGE!!! HATE WHIRLPOOL!!! It's way too small inside, can't fit much. Not a smart design at all. Then I tried to return, happy to pay the restock fee but they wouldn't honor the return because I used the fridge. Had it for two weeks, how am I supposed to know if I like it or not?? Selling on FB Marketplace if you want it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad warranty no service at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge on Sept 03 2024 it is missing a part after calling 5times put on hold for at least 1 hour then transfer to another dept .I have to say you don,t have a service dept you just play phone tag any way my new fridge is missing a leg adjuster . you will not send me the part even though I paid for it . you want to look up the part then find a service tech to install it pay them I guess because I did not pay enough for the fridge. and then you might reimburse me part of the money you want me to pay the tech for the part that was saps to be on the fridge in the first place. to me that is wrong . If you don,t want to service this fridge you come get it and return me my money .

Looks good but use of space could be improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator recently and I am still trying to find a place for everything since I went from a much larger refrigerator to a smaller one. The features I like are the four doors, the flexible fresh/freezer option on the right side of the freezer, the water and ice dispenser outside the door, and the drawers in the freezer. I also like the stainless-steel finish.
I wish the top section size was at least one inch taller because there is not enough room especially if you try adjusting the shelves. I am struggling with the fact that you have to open both refrigerator doors to access the right-side Fresh Food drawer and the Deli drawer. Also, the water filter is located inside the refrigerator using "prime space" when it should have been located in the door below where the icemaker is located. If the water filter was in the door, then there would have been more room to space the drawers so only one door at a time would have to be opened to access them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
