LOTS OF STORAGE :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the 4 doors for easy access and organization. I did not like that the shelves are not very tall. I removed one of the center shelves so that I can stand things up. Definitely LOVE my purchase. LOTS of shelves.

Great fridge, I think??...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the refrigerator for a month now and my wife and I really like it! It is a smaller profile fridge but actually a bit more space inside than the 14 year old Whirlpool refrigerator it replaced that had significantly more cubic real estate. I wish I could give it 3.5 stars as 3 is low but 4 is a bit high. It's quiet but has an ever so subtle high pitch tinkling sound (most would not notice!). The height inside the fridge (upper shelving) even with the shelf compacted back for higher bottles, is not high enough for our high neck wine bottles, nor are any of the compartments in the doors high enough. And unfortunately, the water dispenser just recently became unreliable. A couple times, sporadically, when depressing the lever to get water, nothing comes out... maybe a few drops when you hold it down for a long time. Did this almost the entire day. We read the manual but don't see any water shut off buttons on the front display (maybe it's user error and we are not aware or not seeing the simple resolution?). It's happened twice now and we are just anxious wondering when it will happen again because of course, this was one of the bigger reasons we went with this fridge. I have not contacted Whirlpool... yet. Hoping it's a one or two off glitch because frankly... what a pain to replace it!! Now for the good news. We love the look and for the most part, the space is plenty for us. Particularly the freezer... we actually have more room in this fridge and we love the option to make the lower right section into either freezer or fridge. The fit in our kitchen space is wonderful (counter depth is perfect for our situation). Overall, again, I would say this is a 4 star or up purchase, but the whole water dispenser (is it going to work today?) deal--forced the 3.5 star rating.

Not a lot of storage.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for another counter depth refrigerator. There are many things I like better, those include having four doors which offers flexibility in what type of cooling you need (fridge vs freezer), the ease of access to the drawers in the freezer area (I don’t have to dig in the big bottom drawer), the flexibility of shelf position in the fridge and the slimmer footprint that doesn’t stick out in my kitchen. There are only two cons and that is the reduced amount of storage in the fridge doors (only holds one gallon of milk) and the water dispenser. If the doors held two gallons of milk side by side and the water dispenser wasn’t so close to the lip of the glass your filling it would be the perfect refrigerator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good refrigerator, but upper left door a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good refrigerator, BUT we're having trouble with the upper left door. It will not stay open as you try to put food in it, so it bangs your arm each time you open it. We've tried leveling, removing things from the shelves in the door, emptying the ice container in the door (that is where the ice is made and stored), and so far nothing helps. I've set up an appt to have it serviced as we do not want to live with it this way.

Great layout for the size, temperature control nee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The layout inside is pretty decent compared to the small 19 cubic ft capacity.
The thermostat and its controls are very flimsy.
When you set the thermostat at 36, the inside is at 40 deg. When you set it to 37, the temperature raises to 45 deg and is not a desirable temperature for a refrigerator.
The compressor seems to run harder than my previous refrigerators. So the life will be impacted.
