Will not cool to temperature setting

I purchased this in May 2024, installed mid June, started using it in July. Install was easy and once in I turned the unit on to be sure it worked and since it did I thought it was going to work fine. This unit is installed in a bedroom approx size 10'x12' and should easily keep it cool enough for sleeping. It does not, even at the lowest temperature setting it will not cool much below 70* I does run fairly quiet but not very cooling at all. Very disappointed.

Expected more for the price

I purchased this in May 2024 finally installed it mid June. It seemed to start and run so I assumed it would work well.
This is in a bedroom approx size 10x12, it should easily keep it very cool for sleeping. This does not cool below 70* no matter how long it runs. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this today. Overall happy so far. It's louder than I hoped. And the wings on the sides don't sit flush on our window. But it's pretty powerful. Also is there an auto off setting with these? It randomly went off and was on cool mode.
