I like the display color, the touch screen, the ease of using it. But like the instict 2 and 3, the torch shortcut doesn't always work.. it'll turn on, but won't switch off. Also the gesture doesn't always work when I put my hand over the watch face.. other than that its great!

I bought the Garmin fenix 8 AMOLED (51mm) about a month ago and love it. There is a bit of a learning curve to find and configure all the settings and link to Training Peaks (if you use TP).

Watch Great App Interface Sucks

It’s…fine. I like the size (I’m a big guy), I love the battery life. However, I feel the Garmin Connect + is almost worthless. The AI in the app is dumb. The watch isn’t very user friendly and I REALLY wish there were kettlebell workouts.
The rep counter is wrong almost always and the interface of adding exercises from a drop down rather than just typing in my lift (that does not exist in the drop down) into the app seems silly. Watch great, Garmin Connect App, trash.
