Get the Warranty!

This oven is very pretty and works just fine overall, however after having it a couple of months the finishing on the edge started coming off and there was a small break in the plastic they have bonding the edges. However, immediately when we got it delivered there was a error for the control panel. We did a power cycle and it went away. Then 5 months in the error came back to stay, rendering everything but the main burners unusable. Warranty is covering it, but we were told that this error is a recurring issue on every single oven with a touch pad. So prepare yourself and get the warranty if you want to go with one of the newer style ovens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent features and technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a Whirlpool freestanding range that was 8 years old and Biscuit in color to this stainless slide in. I recently needed a new refrigerator and bought a Whirlpool side by side in stainless. I upgraded the dishwasher and range to stainless as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Control Panel Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Error code with control panel after first use. Got a new control panel. Error code again. It’s working now but we don’t know how long. Outside of oven gets extremely hot. The only plus so far has been the features.

Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burners go off and come back on then come back on. It’s less than a month old and it’s already having to have a repair. That in itself was a horrible experience!
