Stove top is okay but oven is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this stove for 3 weeks, I can confidently say that glass cooktops are not my thing. I dislike how the heating coil oscillates on and off. I can't get a proper sear on my meats when I use my wok. You also need to make sure all of your pots and pans have an extremely flat bottom, or it will take forever to heat things up. My water kettle is not perfectly flat on the bottom, and it took over 30 minutes to boil a full kettle. The hot surface indicator is also in a horrible spot. You can easily miss it and accidentally burn your hand on the stove. I really love the oven though. It has so many functions and does an amazing job baking and broiling my food. The convection fan is powerful. I baked a small batch of homemade croissants and the convection fan really helped brown the croissants nicely.

Great Range with nice features !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a great stove! It was easy to install. It is very heavy so be aware of that. The smart features are super convenient but I don’t like the air fryer mode. It seems to be too large to crisp up things like smaller air fryers.

A great versatile electric range stove

Beautiful slide in range with WiFi App!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we are pleased with this new slide in range. We love how the knobs are on the front of the range & that it requires you to push them in before turning- making it safer around kids. The app works quite well with the stove. It allows you to turn it on and off remotely which is a great feature!
Our one complaint so far is that the finish definitely shows fingerprints but that’s pretty typical of stainless steel.
We just put this stove in for a kitchen renovation- so it hasn’t been used extensively yet but so far we are enjoying it.

Disappointed

Pros: oven has air fry, bread proof and a whole host of convection settings that have yielded good and consistent results. Have been pleased by these so far.
Cons: stove has little to no temperature control. I cannot get a pot of water to rapid boil. Not to mention, it takes in excess of 15 minutes to gentle boil 2 quarts of water. The heat cycles off too quickly, allowing the temp to drop. This is not only frustrating, but unacceptable for a home canner like me who depends on a solid, consistent boil. And ironically, the burners also cook too hot. I cannot make a sauce or saute veggies without things getting scorched, even on the lowest possible setting. Seems that the burners only do med high heat.
I have owned this for 1 month and will be having it serviced today. hope I don't have to replace my brand new unit...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cook good-when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooks good-when it works. Brand new and the computer keeps stopping mid cook on the oven with a code. Cutting off power doesn’t fix it, nor should we have to keep doing that. Sometimes it comes on in hours, the last time 4 days. Having to have it repaired to replace the computer. If an oven is going to have a computer-be sure it works. Apparently this is a common problem with these models. We can’t use what we bought and certainly can’t cook anything important that might stop.
