Failed at 3 weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within 3 weeks of purchase the oven failed. It took several days for a technician to come. He evaluated it and some of the electronic components had failed. So now we are waiting for parts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wipe Clean coating is a joke. Constant cleaning. Bottom drawer constructed of cheap metal, very flimsy with edges that can easily cut your hand. Burners take too long to boil water. I compared this current model with my 20 year old Whirlpool glass top electric range that functioned better.

Look before you buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range and like having 5 burners. For one thing, the knob was at the off position but the surface hot stayed on for hours. I went over to check the burners and put my hand down flat on one that was hot. I really got burned. We could not figure out why the burner was on and the knob was off. The writing on the knobs is tiny and if you want to use all the elements that the knob controls - you have to find the double or triple area of the knob. I am 69 years old and have to get my glasses on to turn on a burner,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still learning how to operate it. Would be really nice to receive a Operators’ Manual instead of having to go online. Not sure about the Water Only coating. Have several spots from day one that will not disappear.
