I don't know how to work it, it has less storage than my previous oven and VERY difficult to clean the stove top.
Never know if the oven is on or working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful stove; Won’t boil water 😟

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is slow to cook on the stovetop. To boil water is almost impossible, the smart feature keeps turning the coils off and on which keeps it from coming to a roiling boil, produces poor quality food.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We value your time and would like to look into the concerns with your Electric Range. If your glass cooktop burners are not glowing, follow these steps:
1. Check Manual & Power
Consult your Owner's Manual: Essential for model-specific control and safety features. Access it via the Manuals and Literature page.
Verify Power Supply: Ensure the 240V range is properly installed, securely plugged into a dedicated, grounded circuit. Insufficient power prevents heating/glowing.
Power Cycle: Reset the circuit breaker(s) or replace blown fuses. If the issue persists, call a qualified electrician.
2. Understand Normal Operation
Glass cooktop burners do not maintain a constant glow; this is a safety design.
Thermal Cycling: The element will cycle on and off (glow and dim) to regulate temperature and prevent damage to the glass surface.
Low Settings: On settings like "Keep Warm" or simmer, the element will not glow red but is still maintaining the proper low temperature.
Specialized Zones: Warming elements and dedicated Simmer/Warm Zones are designed for low, non-glowing heat.
Simmer Knob: If set explicitly to Simmer, the area is designed not to glow red.
3. Control Lock and Hard Reset
Control Lock Check: Ensure the Control Lock (child lock) feature is not activated. Refer to your manual for disabling procedures.
Appliance Hard Reset: If all else fails, a complete power cycle may clear an electronic glitch.
Turn off power at the circuit breaker(s).
Wait for one (1) full minute.
Turn the power back on.
Verify element function.

Do Not Purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this approximately a month ago. I already HATE it! First off, the wipe clean cooktop looks terrible already! The let water soak is a joke (we always clean immediately after use). The top oven control section is very frustrating as well! upon cleaning it is almost impossible to clean without turning oven or SOMETHING on. The stove control knobs are in a place that is very difficult to see what temp level you have it on. I could go on and on. Not even to mention the fact that is does not fit a slide in spot very well and looks tacky and crappy. The back is not designed to slide over counter like my old one did, meaning there is a gap for stuff to fall behind. had to get silicone pcs to fit on sides. I have always loved and had good luck with my Whirlpool purchases until now. Ugh. Terrible decision on this one.
