Stove top control knobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are having problems with understanding the control knobs.. it looks like the single setting makes the dual heat come on, while the double is single heat... also it appears that 1 is the hottest while 5 is the lowest.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice features like warm zone

Great range BUT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the features on the range are great and what was expected. There are two drawbacks. The lettering on the control knobs is hard to read as the lettering is small and a small overhang from the top of the range obscures some of the knob.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with the product, second one I purchased for another house I sold. This is better because it’s convection. Replaces an air fryer.when used in convection mode!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like most of the new range. I find the computerization of everything to be cumbersome. i.e. I can't find a "button" to set the clock. I need to try to remember which menu the clock set is in. Haven't begun to find out how to use the air fryer or self clean features. I'm a computer programmer by trade, so if I'm having difficulty with it, I can't imagine being illiterate in computer stuff.
