Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burners go off and come back on then come back on. It’s less than a month old and it’s already having to have a repair. That in itself was a horrible experience!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Look before you buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range and like having 5 burners. For one thing, the knob was at the off position but the surface hot stayed on for hours. I went over to check the burners and put my hand down flat on one that was hot. I really got burned. We could not figure out why the burner was on and the knob was off. The writing on the knobs is tiny and if you want to use all the elements that the knob controls - you have to find the double or triple area of the knob. I am 69 years old and have to get my glasses on to turn on a burner,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Disappointment and inconvenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this stove for just over 2 weeks and its control panel failed and needs repair. We had the reported the problem and despite paying for full warranty coverage, we were told to find and pay for a repair service, including any replacement parts, and seek reimbursement. We are currently waiting on the repair.

Great Range and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this range for one week and I like it, still learning the air bake, air fry and air roast features. I like how quiet the oven is and it does not heat up my kitchen.
