Love it, BUT...
on March 9, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look of this range, it replaced a 22yr old
stove with eyes, drip pans. BUT if I could go back,
would NOT have chosen the model with "wipe clean'
surface! Check bottom of ALL your cookware!
I used my newest ceramic skillet, smooth bottom, and
first time permantly marked this 'wipe ckean' coating!
There was a very thin silver ring on skillet right at the
bottom of sidewalks, it was a little rough. SO had to
search and buy new cookware with completely smooth,
solid heavy bottoms. Hard -Anodized Nonstick. And, you
betcha, I bought the extra warranty the same day especially
ALSO, the wipe clean coating ONLY CLEAN WITH WATER
warnings in packaging. Retail ad does not say this OR I
Would not have chosen it.
Positive note, love love the AirCook and ease of digital
Wi-Fi was little tricky to get connected

Caution if color blind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooking options are good to have. Works well for me.
A concern I have involves my husband that is color blind (red/green). For some reason with the new stovetop, my husband has a hard time seeing the red light of the burner (it’s not that he’s making excuses to not have to make meals). Obviously, this is a safety concern. A second concern is the light indicator for a hot burner is on the front. I wish it was on the top of the stove. Many kitchens may not be wide enough, gallery style, etc to view the light.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the range for about three weeks and love it. So easy to clean. Stove top wipes of perfectly with just a damp cloth. So happy I chose this range

My survey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love this oven so far. It's very up to date, stylish and new-tech. I only gave 4 stars because the top surface is weird and hard to clean. It doesn't clean up nice like my old one did. And the oven doesn't heat as hot as my old one did either. So when you need it at 350 degrees, set it at 375 instead. But everything else is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great improvement over my worn out, old model. Thankfully this one was easy to learn to use and also efficient in baking and cooking.

Not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, the control panel failed less than two weeks after purchasing the oven. I understand that this can happen on occaision, but it is our experience. The technician who checked our stove was great, but we have have been without a working stove since Friday, January 30th. We also learned that extra care needs to be taken when cleaning the control panel. We had to purchase a product for cleaning computer screens as well as microfiber cloth. To be candid, I would prefer a stove with simple controls, no clock, no internet wifi and a contol panel that can't handle a vigorous cleaning with a damp cloth. We have a stove with numerous features that offers little benefit. All it needs to do is cook food. I don't need a "relationship" with an appliance!

DON’t buy one.
on February 1, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been cooking on this for two weeks now. Actually called a repairman out to see if there is something wrong with it that can be repaired. No it’s normal, I was told. 4” of water in a kettle, with a flat bottom, lid on, appropriate sized burner, takes THIRTY OR MORE MINUTES to boil! Ask yourself how much time you have to waste waiting that long for water to boil. I am deeply disappointed. I feel I paid way too much money to deal with this nonsense. I’m 71 and will likely have to deal with this piece of garbage the rest of my life. DON’t buy this range. I have bought many Whirlpool appliance through my life. But after trying to talk with someone at Whirlpool about the problem, and seeing this sorry design, I will never again buy a Whirlpool appliance. Your quality has hit bottom.
