Great replacement microwave

I bought this to replace an older unit that was with the house when purchased several years ago. Difficult to find one that fit well in the cabinet (didn’t have room for a trim piece). This one is a perfect fit all around. It functions well, heats up hotter on lower settings, the buttons are intuitive and it’s interior is much larger than my former one. To say I am thrilled is an understatement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It quit heating!

This microwave fit our space perfectly and came highly rated but after 9 days of moderate use, it quit heating. It was turning and seemed to work but never heated after day #9. We returned it to the store where it was purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Price was right but it has its downsides.
There is no way to turn off the child lockout feature. Would be nice if it could be turned off.
The way it starts is a bit unnerving. Has a weird sound when you press a number and it starts microwaving.
Add 30 sec button would be nice but the models with that were a lot more money too.

To lock or unlock the controls, press and hold “0” button for about three seconds. When the control panel is locked, “LOC” will appear in the display. You can do the same to unlock the controls. All the features I need

I love it's size. It fits just perfect in the space above the appliance garage. Also it is a little more powerful than my last microwave thus not taking as long to heat things. And it seems more quiet.

Really like but should be aware that it is hard to press buttons. I feel I have to press really hard when trying to program cook times. Also the open door button is hard to press. Because of this it scoots around on counter. I put a non skid matt under it to solve that problem.
