Recently replaced our old GE Microwave, which lasted almost 20 years, with this similar model. Looking forward to another long term relationship. I love all the features that come with this microwave.

Unpacking and setting up the microwave was simple. The control panel is familiar as we're replacing our old GE microwave after 15 years of use.

I’m not a fan of the childproof lock. I did disable it cos I have no children. I heated up water to try it out and it was hot in 30 seconds. It is lighter than I thought and you will need a stable surface to set it down on or it will slide.

Had a Kenmore for 28 years which I relly liked so wasn't sure I would find one that I liked as well. after reading reviews settled on GE and glad I did.. Heats quickly. Really like the configuation of the shortcuts especially timed heating. you can hit the time and straight down to minutes and down to start SO perfectly aligned that you can practically do it without looking. Just the right size to fit in our "microwave compartment: that is part of our cabinets.Quiet operation. Also, like that it only beeps once when food is done so no aggravating beeps continuing.

Zulay Popper is a Problem

We bought this to replace a larger GE microwave that we had for over seven years that quit. It's a nice size. The first time we went to make popcorn, we git an error. It doesn't like our Zulay popper. As long as we set an actual time, it works fine.
