Works great
No scooping, no smell, no mess
Only thing that disappointed me was that the weight sensor does not work. Wonder if that’s why it was “refurbished” and they just sent it back out.

Amazing with ONE but...

It's WAY quieter than the 3 for sure. I can't even hear it running when it's cycling like you can with the 3. The poop drawer is smaller than the 3 but emptying it out a bit more often isn't that much of a deal. Also the step to get in stands out more than the 3. A HUGE deal since my elderly cats couldn't get in to the 3 last time without the ramp. Now there isn't an issue anymore.
The only 'but' I have with the 4 over the 3 is that the cycle gets interrupted and frozen by literally the smallest thing. Sometimes I don't even notice that the machine has been stuck midcycle for hours in the same spot and my cats can't use it because of it. I wipe the rim and be sure to clean off the sensor area and sometimes it's good after and goes for a few days without any abnormally long red lights. But then I'll look and sure enough, it's been solid red for hours again, stuck halfway through. I've taken it apart and cleaned out and around and up and down. Powered it off and on to reset it, etc. Made sure there isn't a ha

Its been a amazing having to not smell the cat litter and my cats are so much happier having a litter box that stays clean. My only gripe is the app. I never get notifications so I have to check it constantly

Scale not working but completely worth the purchase!

I bought a refurbished model (because obviously, discount) thinking it wasn’t going to work right or something was going to be wrong, but the only issue I had was the scale did not work! Honestly, with how much my tiny apartment DOESNT smell anymore, all I need to know is my cat is fat and that’s fine with me. Just do yourself a favor and buy it already.

The only complaint I have is the scale does not work properly on this reconditioned litter robot 4.

The scale inaccuracy aside, I have no other concerns and would definitely purchase a reconditioned one again.

So glad I finally invested in one. I just check the app that lets me know when it needs emptied and I always have a fresh & clean litter box. It's my favorite buy.

Setup was not that easy but after that hurdle it's working pretty great! Cats adopted to it easily! It's a life changer really worth the value. Hope it lasts.
