Wish i had bought one years ago.

Love this machine. We had concerns if our cat would get use to it. She took to it before i even had it started. She is 3 years old. Before her bottom use to have poop danglers. So clean litter clean bottom.

Worth it!

I was reluctant to pay a huge amount of money for LR4. Manual litter boxes and the smell and everything I just could not. Went with a crowdfunding campaign for an automatic litter box and was a disaster. I still had days free of cat smell, but the project was a failure. I bit on my wound and purchased LR4. I got a reconditioned one. My cata immediately transitioned. I think one of them (who I thought he'd give me hard time transitioning) actually wanted to use it. He immediately ditched the old one (I think he could not stand it no more)
It's my 1st time owning a litter robot so I had and have so much to learn

Great product!

Have been using my new LR4 for a couple of months and it works beautifully. I do have a LR3 that is having "drawer Full" issues with the sensors. The LR4 is so much quieter than the LR3 and I love that it weighs my cats (although it doesnt seem to be very accurate, but it is in the ballpark). I have a 10 year old ragamuffin and a new Maine Coon kitten, so keeping the weights has been helpful

Bought it on a whim as we rescued a third cat and didn't like the idea of scooping for three cats. Within days all three cats, including the new kitten were using the bot. I wish we had bought this earlier. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Game changer for multi-cat families!

This unit is easy to set up and the app works very well. We are finding that we USE LESS litter. No odors. That all said, one of our three fur kids is still reluctant to use this, but we've always had 2 boxes and have gone from cleaning 2 boxes every other day to cleaning one box 2-3 times a week and emptying this unit once every 6 days.

Doesnt give the correct weight (I read you should place a board over the carpet underneath but I haven’t), constantly drops from WI FI, but other than that my cat loves it and my apartment finally smells good again - for that it’s worth every penny. Thank you

No more scoopin’ poops!

This truly is a game changer. The cats were a bit timid at first to trying it out but once they realized what it does, they were ok with it. We have 2 cats (1 that’s 21lbs, and 1 that’s about 6lbs) that have been accustom to a large open little box so convincing them to go into something covered was a bit tricky. Followed the instructions to leave the old litter box next to the Litter Robot and stop cleaning it so the cats will want to use a clean litter box (i.e. the Litter Robot) but that was unsuccessful. What we ended up doing was turning off the Litter Robot and while the cats were in the room and they could watch us, we would scoop their old used litter into the Litter Robot. Once they realized that the Litter Robot was not a threat and started to smell like them, they got curious about it. It was our 21lb cat that made the first journey into it while our 6lb cat watched him. Once he was successful she decided to try it. From then on, no issues and they are comfortable using it.
