This gen 4 is the best. A great improvement on the 3. Quiet, quick, odorless, and easy to clean. What more can you ask for?

So much easier!

I've had the litter robot 4 for about a month now, and it has been amazing! I initially had concerns that the cat wouldn't use it, or it would be a pain to empty, or otherwise wouldn't justify the high price, but the generous 90-day trial period helped to assuage my fears. And none of these concerns turned out to be a problem. So far it has been wonderful and easy to use. My only complaint is with litter tracking, but I'm not sure there's a good solution for that anyway. If you are on the fence, I 100% recommend trying it!

Worth every penny!

I had the original Litter Robot for I think about 11 or 12 years. It still works, actually (changed out the motherboard once), but it was just gross at this point. We upgraded to the 4 and WOW. A lot of changes have been made and it's wonderful overall! It's SO quiet. Our newest cat wasn't a huge fan of the old one and she is fine with this one, so I think she likes the more open space. We've had it going for about a week disconnected from wifi and it works fine that way. I just figured out finally that the "enabling bluetooth" instruction is not just on your phone, but also in the individual settings for the Whisker app under the main settings of your phone, so if you're having issues connecting, maybe that's why! Anyway, this thing is great! Minimal litter scattered on the floor, super quiet, and holds a surprising amount of waste. It always feels insane to spend this much on a litter box, but also I feel like it's worth every penny!
