Saves me a lot of time

The litter robot is great! About once a week it will get stuck and need to be reset, but other than that I have been really enjoying it.

Have had this litter robot for a couple months and, so far, it is working great. At least two cats are using it regularly and the 9 week old is going into it and it recognizes a cat has entered. If he is just watching it clean sometimes it will start up again but stops as soon as he moves. The cat recognition part is less precise than I would like even with the carpet base, but that’s just being picky. I love the app as well

Helps with the smell A LOT but having issues connecting it to my phone. Other than that it’s great I love it so much!

I did get a used litter robot so I don’t know if that’s the reason to me having issues connecting it to my phone. But it still works whether it’s connected or not, I just have to check on it rather than being able to check the app if there’s something wrong. But my cat loves it and I do too! At first she would just lay in it lol. But It really does help with the smell and it’s amazing if you barely have time but don’t want your pet to be neglected. Yes it’s pricy but it’s definitely worth it, I hope it lasts me many many years..

Works but has quirks

I bought a brand new unit and then picked up a reconditioned unit. I love the Litter Robot 4. Next time I'll go with another new unit. The refurb one works but compared to the new unit I see differences. The refurb keeps saying lens dirty - even though it was brand new (to me). I have learned to ignore the alert as the unit works and I can't seem to clean the lens.

Litter gets tracked all over, not silent, gets stuck mid cycle and doesn’t reset so there is nowhere for cat to pee.

Worked great for a week or so.

worked for a week and wouldn't turn to empty, and a red light is all it does. I called for a replacement, but line was busy for weeks. after a few weeks of not having a working litter box i crafted one out of the box it came it. got the new unit. it also worked great but this time for a month or 2 so 90day return was up. hope this helps! the box it came it worked great and for longer.
