I'm sorry but the phone is junk Every since I've had it it's been nothing but problems. I thought I was purchasing a brand new phone, but I'm beginning to think its a refurbished phone, which is not reliable. I'm sorry I made the purchase; so I will be buying another one very soon, and sorry to say not from Tracfone.
