The phone started to have problems when someone call it shows for a few seconds the screen to slide the icon to the right, then suddenly it goes black and the phone keeps ringing but there is no way to answer it that way, one has to press the power button to input the PIN and then open the phone icon in the normal screen, by that time the person has already hanged up.
