I have had issues with dropped calls or being told someone cannot hear me clearly. I also have trouble with the keyboard being small and easily hit the home button instead of the space bar.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

File transfer using the USB cable is not obvious. After connecting with the computer, swipe down from the top of the BLU screen, click the USB banner, and select transfer files. Otherwise, the computer just charges the phone battery.
Phone is constantly lagging and not wanting to turn on.

Recently, I decided to upgrade from a flip phone to a smartphone. I am unhappy about how to turn the phone off. I have to press the power button and the volume button at the same time. As I start to press the off button, it goes away and I have to try many times before I can get the phone to turn off. Also, I have found some features no longer work. I use this phone to text some relatives and in case of an emergency. There is no way, I would stop using my landline.
