First and foremost, I was NOT aware the phone was generic/refurbished upon purchase. It is NOT geared for playing games/apps that came with it ...consistently shuts down. Second, I find it nearly impossible to turn the phone off...I have to hold the button for a very long time for the phone to turn off. Don't feel comfortable using, so I will stick with checking emails and using to enter/exit my other communication portals.
