It's an okay Phone. Not a fantastic phone, not a great phone, but an okay phone.It can be a bit cumbersome because there are so many featrues but it is difficult to navigate through the settings to find them. The phone is very smooth and slippery and will sliden through your fingers and fall on the floor. You musy get a rugged case for it. The screen is supersensitive. Whill your attempting to close out an app you will accidentally trigger the opening of additional apps. It is also a bit on the slow side as well. Overall, it's an okay phone. The phone companies are featuring these cheapies as a free option to force people over to 5g. That's the only reason why I have this phone, otherwise I'd rather have my older 4g phone. I'd say the phone company succeeded in pushing me into 5g.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is really a good phone. I like it for work just hook up earbuds and get calls on auto while working, Or listen to YouTube by tapping your earbuds tap again and it's back on calls. A great up grade from the Galaxy A11
