The SAMSUNG S156V meets and exceeds what I need in a mobile phone. TOTAL is more responsive to service than my previous phone company. I upgraded from 4G to 5G and did so at a minimal cost.

I could not believe that total by Verizon sent me a new 5 g phone for free for just being a loyal customer I love this phone I have been with them a long time and will always keep them as.my service my phone has always had service no matter where I am they take care of there customers

I can't remember my Facebook password. With the stupid double and triple security it won't let me just reset my password and log on. There's like 100 steps. It's totally stupid. So I've now lost all my games and apps that I had. That's a lot of money gone. Are you going to reimburse me?

The power and volume buttons are a little too far set in.

The phone works great, but it didn't come with a charger. So I bought one at Walmart and it failed after two uses. So it made me wonder if it was the phone messing up. A new charger solved the problem.
