Seems like a nice phone for the price. Did not like the fact that Facebook was preinstalled and you can't uninstall it. Besides the operation apps, I would like to decide what apps are on my phone eating up my memory.

I have owned this phone for about a month. I used Smart Switch to migrate my settings and data. Tracfone's Website worked flawlessly this time. Here is a short check list of the features, etc.
Battery - Good, better than 24 hours with texting, calls, emails, business data streaming and some Google maps. No video.
Loading websites is great. 5G is good. Coverage/antennae is better than my old one out in the boonies.
Lots of cases to choose from for this device.
Link to Windows function is good with my PC and I think the Windows/Android wars have at least for now been worked out.
Latest Android system is basically like the last one I had, but my Apps don't crash as often.
Camera - I use this mostly for documents and it works well with close up images. Facial recognition is good if lighting is good.
Speaker phone is loud and clear. People understand and I can hear well on calls.
Old style plug-in earphones work great. But the Bluetooth links which I have used with other apps are fine if you like that.

We wanted to upgrade our tracfones, and saw the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G available at no cost for existing customers who wanted to upgrade.)
So far we like the phones overall function and features.
The main thing we were hoping for, however, was a better camera than our Moto G.
Our first Samsung phones had great cameras, but sadly, these do not meet the quality of those old phones.
The photos look okay as is, but if you try to zoom in, the photo pixilates until it looks like the old blotchy paint by number kits we had as kids. The same thing happens when you zoom the camera lens, to take a photo of something in the distance.
Pretty disappointing.
So far we like the phones overall function and features.

Love this phone. Nice size, great looking screen, and fun games already on it! But, it did not come with a charger and had to wait for one to come in the mail. So, be sure to get one at the same time you buy your phone.
