I had a hard time setting it up. I wish there was a more detailed booklet of directions.

Although high ratings, my experience is as follows; shift pages w/o command, easier menu setup recommended. Samsung tech support very good but dstill have problems.

Good upgrade from a 5 year old Moto-G6. Swapped number to this phone. Activated in about 10 minutes. Now the fun begins moving over the apps etc. Noticeable increase in processing speed. Nice.

At first, I thought something else. But, this phone works great! Still learning it, though. I was used to my old phone from 2001.
The phone seems OK electronically and mechanically. What I hated about it was all the intrusive junk that it came loaded with, including location trackers and other intrusions into my privacy. At the very least, if they MUST be included, they should not be active by default. I spent several hours turning off all these obnoxious gizmos and fiddly gadgets. The phone is intended to serve *me*, not the folks who wish to spy on me and exploit this for commercial or illegal purposes.
