I don't care for Samsung products after I discovered the auto updates they perform and it takes up all your data especially on their TV products. This phone however, Tracfone sent 2 back to back requests for updates and it messed it up so badly, the battery wouldn't charge!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed in Tracfone's online descriptions of Samsung Galaxy A14 5G. Didn't state I would need to buy a USB-C charger plug or USB-C to USB cable to use with computer or existing USB charger plugs.
