I like the phone. What was disappointing was the transfer of apps from my previous Tracfone. My Delta, Yahoo email, Caynax Sport Tracker, full Contacts list, my USAA bank app, TSA apps, and others did not transfer, among others, using the recommended transfer app. And then I was bombarded with many game apps. Good grief.

No charger was with the phone. I had to order a charger before I could power up for use. I am definitely not pleased with this. I cannot delete or turn off alarms either. It is also too large for me; over an inch longer than my previous phone.

Much better than the Orbic, it's actually functional! A little on the heavy side & bigger than I'm used to but has a much better screen .Everything is so clear and it's easy to use.
