Great upgrade from my previous Samsung Tracfone. Very Happy with it and i found there was a lot LESS bloatware and available memory even without the SD card. Downside it was on backorder and took almost 2 weeks and a couple of calls before it was finally sent . However as a senior I don't think i will ever use another provider than TRACFONE

I just received this phone. So far, it's great, but I've only used it one day. Charges quickly and holds a charge longer and seems to work much better than the older Samsung A20 I had. I'm a little confused about saving photos, making albumns, etc. but getting there.
