the only thing i hate is that i have to reset the brightness setting each time i start the phone

This phone is loaded with features, feels well made, has huge storage and it is lightning fast. I was able to adjust font size to my liking. The only issue is that it does not come with the Samsung "Secure-Folder" feature. It's not preinstalled and it is not available for the A14 phone. But their is a work-around. You can 'Lock' items that you have previously saved into Samsung 'Note'. Just click on the Note icon to open it, then Long Press on your saved item that you typed in there, (like a garage door code) and then use the pop up menu that appears. You can figure it out from there. I might have given a better Star rating if I didn't have to spend so much time researching stuff.

Great phone. I like that it was so easy to change the font, making everything easier to read. It was very easy to transfer all the information on my old phone to my new phone, and that didn't take very long.
The phone is great. Easy to set up, easy to work with, and a vast improvement over the Moto Play my wife was using. She's not really crazy about the recessed power button, though she likes the fingerprint reader. She found the phone quick and responsive. The fact that it accepts RCS or SMS is a big plus.
