For the meantime, these are things you can do to if you are still struggling in transferring your data:

-For messages, you can enable Google Drive backup for your messages in your phone's settings. To restore, go to your new phone, log in with the same Google account and restore your messages.

-For pictures, you can use Smart Switch. Download the Smart Switch app on both phones, paired both device to start the transfer.

-For contacts, ensure your contacts are synced with your Google account. To restore, sign in to the same Google account on your new phone, and your contacts will sync automatically.

The specific steps might vary slightly depending on the phone model and software version. Additionally, we have an application which is called Transfer Wizard App that you can download for free. Make sure it is installed to both devices and pair both device to start the transfer.
