Phone was defective on 1st day. Could not hold a charge

I'm not very happy with the Galaxy A14... I switched from the J7 and wish I could go back.
The A14's speaker and microphone tech is not great and the speech-to-text is ALWAYS wrong. Speech-to-text was available on the J7 when you were on the phone, it is not available with the A14. When using speech-to-text, I used to be able to speak the punctuation and it would fill it in for me where I wanted it, the A14 tries to punctuate for you and gets it all wrong.
It got 3 stars because of storage space and app capabilties.
