A Samsung is the only smart phone I have ever owned. They have all been very reliable. They do all the functions of those over priced phones. I have only had this Samsung Galaxy A14 5G for about a week and I like it! It's very fast and has plenty of memory. I definitely recommend this phone!
Great upgrade from my old phone!! I've had absolutely no problems with this phone so far and it's so much faster than my old Samsung. I would definitely recommend this A14 5G if you don't want to spend a lot of money and need a nice phone at a great price.
I've had the phone a few days. So far it seems to perform well in every area. This is an upgrade from my previous phone which was a Samsung Galaxy J7. This has much more memory & superior camera technology. Any annoyances I've encountered have simply been adjusting to the differences between this phone & my previous phone which I had for about 4 or 5 years. I would purchase it again.
Great phone and fast delivery. Problem is that I had 21 gigs of data in my account, but after activating the new phone, I only have 3. That's a lot of data credit to lose! Can't get hold of customer service for last four days.

I recently went back to buying a Samsung phone after switching to another brand. I had noticed that my Samsung phone took much better photos than the other brand, but also that the volume was higher which is great since I view a lot of YouTube on my phone. I won't be switching brands again. I have used Samsung phones for over 10 years.

Battery live 10 hours a disappoint. Old one an LG lasted much longer. Would not accept my gmail address so I have to manually enter my contacts list. Tons of ads last phone I had no ads.
