It was easy to set up, love the size, easy to read screen, and easy to text. The only negative thing that I can think of is that you don't get a wall charger, just the USB charger. It's easier to use the plug-in wall charger if you don't have a computer handy.

I really like this phone with the exception of the size; it seems a bit too long. Other than that, tons of storage, easy to navigate (even for this baby boomer!) and the camera takes very sharp pictures.

Great phone, thank you. I had trouble with Tracfone - trying to roll over my paid yearly subscription for my old phone to my new phone. It never happened and I was forced to choose a new payment plan.

I'm not that impressed with this phone. My old one was half the price and worked a lot better. This one freezes up a lot and already apps aren't working. My voicemail app stopped working a few weeks ago and hasn't worked since. I also hate that to see your screen you have to press a button on the side of the phone, it was a lot easier when the button was on the front of the phone at the bottom. Poor design on this one.
