This phone is a much appreciated gift from my husband.The old phone operating system did not support needed apps and the OS could not be updated. So far, it appears this one provides all I require. However, I was very upset when I learned that my privacy settings were NOT transferred from the old phone and, in fact, had been replaced with settings that allowed FULL access and tracking of all my accounts. I hope that I have corrected this invasion of my privacy and outrageous threat to security. If I find I haven't been successful in eradicating the situation, customer service will hear from me.

Not much on techy things BUT when my oldest daughter said "Awesome phone mom!" I was relieved. All the things I'm able to do with this phone compared to my 5 yr. old phone (which I thought worked ok but missing a few things) is pretty cool. Taking pictures on this phone is amazing :-) I am STILL learning about this phone and its capabilities BUT I tell you that I really enjoy it. Thank You
TracFone customer for a long time. Very disappointed in this fone. No group texting could not send or recieve photos or videos Some icons are not very responsive. As a result I have ordered a new tracfone and will be returning the Galaxy A14 as soon as I activate my new phone.

I got this a few weeks ago and I STILL don't know how to use it and can't get mms messages in text! I liked my old phone better. Very disappointing

Don't like the sound on hearing your Voice Mail. Have to put the phone up to your ear to hear it. Didn't like that it did not come with a wall charger plug. I have a cheaper Track phone and it came with one plus a car charger Not a phone for a first time user or anyone with no cell phone use. Only have had it for 1 week.
Hardest phone I've ever set up! The touch screen is inconsistent.
