I like the phone. What was disappointing was the transfer of apps from my previous Tracfone. My Delta, Yahoo email, Caynax Sport Tracker, full Contacts list, my USAA bank app, TSA apps, and others did not transfer, among others, using the recommended transfer app. And then I was bombarded with many game apps. Good grief.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this phone as my old phone was a Samsung J2. My old phone got me by, and I have a lot more storage with the phone I'm using now. Don't have to delete apps and photos just to update my apps. Therefore, I'm giving it a 5-star rating. You won't be sorry if you purchase this phone.
