This phone was an upgrade. Little confusing to complete the smart switch. Once old phone info changed over to S14 the rest is easy.

I am not a power user but I think this phone is awesome. It is major upgrade from my Samsung J7. Fast performance and good display & audio. There is a small learning curve but migration was easy and most functions are intuitive.

trying to get my new tracfone SAMSUNG S146VL phone to be activated was the worst experience!! It took 6 days and numerous calls only to be lied and and hung up on over and over. And then having to deal with SAFELINK, was horrible

I just upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy A03s Im very happy with the extra processing power I love the finger print unlock no more punching in codes to unlock the phone all in all Im very happy!
