This phone has most of the features of your more expensive models. Super fast 5G phone that I would purchase again. There are many online vidoes to help you with any potential issues you might need to know. I highly recommend this phone.
I bought this phone for my sister because I have a similiar phone so I can help her with it. I love it. My only complaint is the on/off button is kind of hard to press and specially once you put the phone in a protective case.
Battery doesn't charge correctly, but other than that it works great.

It is much faster than my previous phone. Camera quality is significantly better than previous generation of Samsung product I was using. Overall, I'm happy with it.
I bought one for my wife and one for myself. While I realize they aren't top of the line phones with all the bells and whistles they are definitely an upgrade for us. Faster, a lot more memory and lots of features for the money.
Like the phone. Size is right and lots of new features. Volume of phone calls are most times too low without using speaker phone. Would like to be able to control pop-up menu layout when highlighting text, but that is more of a Google problem.

Being 94 year of age, While the phone is nice, I found it has some uses that are difficult for me to under stand and as the needed information on it's use is almost useless for me.
