Battery takes forever to charge and runs out in only 6 hours if used 12 hours if not. My 5-year-old phone is so much better than this piece of junk.

Disappointed in Tracfone's online descriptions of Samsung Galaxy A14 5G. Didn't state I would need to buy a USB-C charger plug or USB-C to USB cable to use with computer or existing USB charger plugs.
