A little disappointed that it did not having the same charging cord as the samsung galaxy J7 crown and not being able to use the cord to transfer, also no charger plus needed to buy an adapter for the USB connection, also all the unneeded games and stuff the was installed even after I transferred the old phone to the new one. The person who helped me buy the new phone never mentioned that the new charger cord was not the same as the old one, the charger didn't come with the new one, that I needed to buy an adapter for the USB connection would have been nice to have that information ahead of time !!!!!!!!
