I bought the 45L backpack about a month ago after thinking about my purchase for weeks. Best purchase I’ve ever made! I keep discovering new pockets! Excellent design and I highly recommend.
Solid Pack. I just spent a week in some pretty rough conditions throughout Iceland. The bag held up well, it was easy to move around with, and there is a place for everything. I found that it kept water out quite well, but I also used a rain cover for really wet situations. I used the 30L and it was perfect for camera gear, food, water, and some extra clothes.
I keep finding more thoughtful ways this bag solves all my needs for work and travel. The internal magnet pockets keep your small things like wallets and passports safe, hidden but accessible. The side pouch fits a field pouch really really nicely. The laptop sleeve fits both my computer and an extra screen and the luggage sleeve makes it so easy to travel with a roller bag
Great features and quality, straps could be better

I have had this as my goto backpack now for a couple years. It is an all around great pack and I am able to easily pack a laptop an ipad a nikon Z8 and 2-3 lenses without a problem. The only real issue is the main straps slip off the shoulders easily if you don’t use the cross strap to hold them towards your body center. This is particularly bad when wearing over a slick puffy jacket, they almost want to slide off each side. The strap length adjuster also tends to not grab firmly so you need to readjust strap length every time you put the pack on, not a deal breaker but not ideal.
Was looking for a bag to carry my Apple Vision Pro headset without the giant apple case but keep it protected. This case with the adjustable shelving system, side entry, and semi-hard shell works perfectly. Used the top shelf for easy access to the AVP, fits snuggly there without any pressure points on the device and that left plenty of room in the rest of the bag for accessories. Able to travel with the AVP, MacBook pro, iPad Pro and headphones. Even with that amount of tech & weight, the backpack is very comfortable. I appreciate the magnets in the shoulder straps to keep things streamlined when not using them. I ordered 4 competitor bags to evaluate this with others and kept the Everyday backpack, great solution for my needs with aesthetics.
After spending considerable time with the Peak Design Everyday Backpack, I can confidently say it's an excellent choice for photographers looking for a durable, functional, and stylish camera gear carrier. The backpack's build quality is top-notch, with weather-resistant features that provide peace of mind in various shooting conditions. Its innovative design, particularly the origami dividers and dual side access, allows for easy organization and quick access to equipment, which is a game-changer on busy shooting days.
What truly set Peak Design apart for me, though, was their exceptional warranty service. I encountered a minor issue with one of the bag's zippers after months of rigorous use. I reached out to Peak Design, and their response was swift and beyond satisfactory. The warranty claim was handled efficiently, with clear communication throughout the process. They quickly resolved the issue, reinforcing my trust in their commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of their products.
In conclusion, the Peak Design Everyday Backpack isn't just a bag; it's a reliable companion for any photography venture, backed by a company that truly stands behind its products. The blend of thoughtful design, durability, and stellar customer service makes it a standout choice. It's clear that Peak Design isn't just about making sales; they're about building lasting relationships with their customers through quality and trust.
I bought this for an upcoming trip to Kenya to carry all my camera equipment, lens and tripod. I watched several of the packing videos and struggled to get everything I wanted into my backpack, but eventually I figured it out and now have everything snug as a bug in a backpack. :) I'm glad I bought this. Now we'll see how it travels.
