Could be more comfortable

By comparison to some of the other backpacks I own, PD's Everyday Backpack 20L's straps are just not padded enough. After a few hours of walking with a fully loaded one, they become uncomfortable. I added third party padding to the straps. Wish it either comes with more padding, or have them available for purchase. (Same problem with the V1 messenger bag).
The dividers are structurally stiff, which is mostly good. Sometimes the placement makes the zipper harder to zip up if the divider is placed right at the point where the front starts to curve back.
PD's suggestion of setting up the Capture Clip on the padded portion of the strap is very uncomfortable to me--the metal protrudes into my collar bone. It also puts the camera too high, allowing it to bounce too much. I place the clip much lower on the non padded portion of the strap, closer to a gun holster position which is more secured and allows for faster access.

Its all I need

One of the best camera backpacks I've ever used. This new bag by peak is a champ and looks really sleek. All my photographer friends were impressed. It's sturdy, well made, and has a hard casing to protect your most prized camera gear. It's also waterproof! I just recently bought this and have already used it on a few photography trips. The padding and straps are very comfortable and make it a breeze to carry around while you walk. I took this along on a hike and didn't feel bothered by having this bag on my back. It's that comfy!!

Perfect fit for my needs

No complaints, this backpack is exactly what I was looking for. I have a smaller crop sensor camera with multiple lenses and I love being able to organize them exactly the way I want.
They did an amazing job at maximizing space and function while keeping off any excess. Even though its a small bag it still has a lot of room for all your gear.

I've use Peak Design Backpack for my daily activities. It's the best backpack that I've used. However, I think it's a bit heavy for me.

The Bees Knees

I've already taken this bag across multiple countries and it's held up beautifully. Even elements that I've been nervous about, like the velcro, elastic, and stitching have shown themselves to be truly quality. I can't speak to what it'll be like after a few years, but it's so functional and easy to adapt to my daily needs, I can't see getting a better bag.

Great versatility - a different thought process.

I bought this bag based on online reviews of the V1 bag. This bag has met my expectations, albeit with a change in expectations and the resultant layout. I'm very used to bags that store the items horizontally when the bag is laid on its' back. This "vertical" concept for lack of a better term, was at first a bit of a disappointment until I began to determine just how and what I was going to store in the different locations. Suffice to say that with a change in my thought process and the help of several smaller cases to hold small items, I was able to put a lot more into this bag than I have in any other I've used before. The only real issue is that the straps are a bit thinner than you'd expect in a bag that is able to hold this much gear. Also, the placement of a PD Capture clip on the strap is not all that intuitive, i.e. the location placement based on strap width is not ideal. With that said, I've enjoyed the bag nonetheless. It does hold a whole lot of stuff!

Minor inconvenience

First, I love my PD Everyday Backpack. I had the first version and upgraded to this one. The shoulder straps, without getting into padding because I don't carry that much weight, are extremely well designed. I love the addition of the magnets. The dividers within the body of the bag are more firm this version, which was a beneficial change for me. I'm hard on my bag and use it for a variety of purposes. The dividers actually stay in place now and force me to be careful with my things.
Now to my gripes. So much is my inability to work with this bag on the table or ground without straddling it. If sat down, it inevitably tips over. Cool, my stuff doesn't get damaged, but I don't want to think so hard about balancing my bag on the ground. Next, and arguably my biggest annoyance, is the design of the main side flap zipper. I want the zippers to extend out to closer to the panel that faces my back. It would be so nice to be able to open the side panel to a point where the sides stay open with holding them. Currently, the zippers keep the side panels from opening fully.

Searched for awhile

Have been looking for a backpack for ages but kinda gave up since the ones I look at either are too bulky or not for camera use. The everyday backpack 30L came on my radar after some searching and I liked it a lot. Just slightly bummed that the new version came out just a few weeks afterwards
