Smart design - Bad comfort

Great idea for the design, but be aware that it is not suitable for long distance. Very uncomfortable once on your back. Back side of the bag is too straight and the shoulder straps are too thin. I used it for a 5 hours hiking (an easy one) and I had marks on my shoulders and pain during 24 hours.
That's a great bag overall, the comfort must be improved for the V3.
Use it everyday, fly often 150K+ miles a year, works perfectly for me. Holds Laptop, Camera, 4 lens, accessories and all my quick access travel needs. Thanks for a great product!
I came from a Northface bag that had plenty of internal storage and 2 front pockets. Owned that for 11 years. Finally decided to get a new bag and was worried about not having the front compartments and wasn't super sold on the compartment system of this bag but decided to give it a try. I LOVE IT! The compartments are super versatile and make grabbing exactly what I want quick and so much easier than digging around with the Northface. Won't ever go back!
This bag blows my previous bag out of the water. Easily fits all if my gear that I need it to. So much more comfortable then previous bags I have used as well. As of now definitely made a customer for life not to mention I do own other products already as well. This company is definitely doing things right!
I have a closet full of backpacks, and none of them leave my house since I bought this one. It has held up well to regular use, and I absolutely love it. The ability to rearrange the interior is incredibly handy. I take this with me for regular day trips away from home as well as to far off destinations. It fits quite easily under an airline seat, and I know I can easily and quickly retrieve items from it with no hassle. I love all the compartments. The design of the top compartment and closure is genius. This is my go-to backpack, and I would definitely buy it again if anything ever happened to the one I own.
This bag is epic. Super sturdy and padded. I would say that it's particularly suited for equipment and tech, not so much for regular use. Not that it can't carry whatever, it's just a very rigid form, and heavier than a normal backpack for that reason. Super happy with it.
