I owned the V1 since launch and loved it. It tore and with their great warranty I got the updated version. It continues to be the best backpack. I use it for work, traveling and backpacking. I recommend this backpack to everyone.
I’ve got this 20L everyday backpack and found it to be and excellent product to use for my camera gear. I just wish I bought the 30L due to the amount of gear I like to carry. However I manage with the smaller bag. This bag is worry free and protects my gear.
Bought as a gift for someone I care about, it's extraordinarily roomy and jam packed with features for anyone to use. Can be used outside of photography. Durable and well designed, aesthetically pleasing-yes, even the 30L, which is what I bought. Many friends who like photography all revere Peak Design as a company which is what brought me here in the first place.
I've always liked peak's products. I stumbled into the store in SF. When I saw how modular the bag was in person, I couldn't leave without this bag. Since then, about a month ago, it's been my everyday bag. I have a few different cameras I interchange taking with me on any given day and the bag transforms for all those setups better than any previous bag I've had! I really recommend this to anyone on the fence. Also, you totally can fit the new MacBook Pro 16" in it, but it's reeeaaaaally tight. If you have anything bigger than an iPad mini, I highly recommend getting the larger size if that's what you're into.
