There is an actual sticker on the vacuum stating that you should replace the filter every six months but lo and behold no filters are available for purchase. So what do I do when the two filters that come with the vacuum are so filthy they can’t be washed or replaced? Throw it all out?

I’m extremely disappointed with this vacuum. It’s very difficult to take off and reattach the dust cup and it gets clogged all the time. One use and you have to completely take it apart and clean it..Definitely not up to Worx standards..Not worth the money!

This is the worst vacuum I have ever own, trying to empty the bin is easy but it takes 10m to get the bin back in place. I have to wrestle with the floor attachment to use the other attachments. And the crevice tool for some reason is at an old angle. There is no regular round attachment the upholstery attachment doesn't work on pet hair even though it silicone bristles. I can't use it with out dreading picking it up. I have to lift the floor head up and down to pick up stray cat food on hard wood floors. I do love the ready charge though that's great, love that.

Like all cordless vacuums it is not very powerful and a little clunky. The swivel head seem to go whatever way it likes and does not roll very well over certain carpets. The canister is almost impossible to get back on after removing it to empty. It is the most frustrating vacuum I’ve ever used and I’m ready to throw it out the door. The only useful thing is the batteries that can be used with other worx tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions: I'm very pleased with results. I would consider this to be on par with most cordless stick vacuums for its price range but features and extras puts it in my opinion just a bit better. for instance the wall mount charging station. many others have just a small tool only hanger. No attachment holders let alone an extra battery and extra charging method. the ultimate plus to this if one wins many tools from works is you will have an endless battery to keep cleaning. We have multiple yard tools with 6 extra batteries other than the 2 this comes with so there won't be any need to stop to recharge and continue later. When I have time I want to clean and not weight till the next opportunity to clean. But for others if this is the only Worx tool it would be nice to have a faster charging method. I went ahead and added another faster charging unit to the left of my hanging wall mount. for a third battery. Batteries don't last long at all on heist setting. The weight of it is good, I do not tie out with wrist and arm it it were a heavier vac. as mentioned in another review, putting the canister back is a bit tricky so a better design might be considered in a 2.0 version. also although the canister has a bottom quick empty system like others do, it is virtually useless as animal hair and dirt get stuck above the rubber ring at the base of the metal mesh cyclone tube. And to make it hand free emptying will not be the case with this vac. you will have to reach up to pull hair out or just remove canister, remove the filter and remover the center core out the top. all contents empties very easily then and reassembly is simple, so it makes just sense and quicker to empty this way than the bottom flap door. This may work fine for those without pets for its the hair that gets trapped not the dirt. While talking about pet hair, I am a little disappointed that there is not an extra roller with anti hair tangle roller like others have so note to Works to consider extra roller options for the vac, as well as a soft dusting roller for hardwood floors. (I'd gladly offer my self to be a test subject should they do this. Feel free to contact me). Another improvement that could be made is the crevice tool. The fit is loose enough to easily put on and off again but as you use it along edges, the tool has a 1/2" play in it an I am afraid this could in time create a week spot and crack which would render all attachments un-useable unless the crack is on the crevice tool itself. Something to look at for improving, the lighting does help but if placed lower it can lit up debris better along the floor. Maybe another improvement that can be made or maybe a second row of lights. One to light up darker ares and a lower row to light up debris to create shadows ensuring cleaning is being done well. And for my final suggestion, for an option to lower or raise the roller brush tool. higher settings for larger items such as cheerios but if lower the suction power could be even better on low setting and would pick up dirt and dust a to better. Possibly a double roller, one in front to pull debris in and another behind it spinning the opposite direction forcing debris back in to get sucked up it is doesn't the first time. Just thoughts. Over all I am very pleased with this vacuum and hope my concerns in weak spots will not be an issue. Because of a plethora of Chinese knockoffs out there, I can in clear conscience to save your time looking around and just go ahead with this vac, even though it might be made in china, its not a copy stolen version.
It does a good job but what I don't like is putting the canister back on after dumping. I'm not sure if it's my unit but the canister never lines up right and you think it's on right and it will pop right of and then your spending 5 min. trying to get it back on but it does a great job of vacuuming and so convenient to use and that's why I bought it.
