I LOVE MINE!

I've had my Worx cordless trimmer for 5 or 6 years, it's the prior version to this one, and I love it, and it's still going strong--except that I lost the spool cap cover. I was sure that I'd have to buy a new one, but I was delighted to find the replacements available here! I'm even happier with mine! I don't buy the preloaded spools, I just refill mine. I'd highly recommend sticking with the Worx batteries, I bought some knock-offs that just don't compare.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So easy to use

I bought this about a month ago. The past few days had a chance to use it and I LOVE IT. it is light weight, easy to handle and enough charge time that I don't get worn out. I am 83 years old and wished I had known about this many years ago. will recommend it to all my friends.

Disappointing

After having used a few trimmers over the years I was excited to see the feature of the command feed.
It certainly wasn't what I had expected. The way the machine shuts off when you press it, and the very small amount of line that comes out, makes the machine awkward and difficult to use.
In fact, I thought something was wrong with the trimmer when I first received it as I couldn't believe how difficult it was to use, but the second machine I received was just as difficult to operate.
I was very pleased with the customer service department and they truly did seem to want to help, but this machine needs to be redesigned in my opinion. The command feed should thread more line and the machine should not shut off when pressed.
I am keeping the second machine I received in the hope that perhaps I will adjust to it as it did seem to trim well when I finally managed to get enough line fed through to be usable.
Sorry for the negative review. I do like the Workx line of products, but this one misses the mark in my opinion.

Perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this trimmer about month ago and very happy with it. Perfect for my needs of maintaining my flower beds and edging and plant guard is bonus so not cutting off my plants. Love the adjustability for taller users and so lightweight. As a 60 yr young lady its perfect. Love the extra spool availability and ease of changing spools. Command line feed at touch of button is a dream! Used to be lugging around heavy gas trimer, banging it on ground to feed line and winding line and no more! This is a maintanence product so doesn't work on tall weeds and grass but once hubby does that if necessary great to maintain. Nice addition to the Worx power washer which can be totally portable with either bucket, bottle or other water source that started my Worx collection! Especially love the battery share on their products so always have charged interchangeable batteries. Great job Worx!!

Lightweight trimmer

This trimmer is a powerhouse which you can use for any small to the mid-size garden.
It can cut through hard and tougher weeds and thick grass. It's lightweight enough to use it for a longer duration. The cordless feature allows you to take it wherever you need to get rid of the weeds. I love the ease of this Worx string trimmer.

My third and perhaps best Worx trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got hooked on the Worx trimmer years ago due to the simple operation and the ease of switching from trimmer to edger, etc. I upgraded my old 20v to a 32v and enjoyed it for a couple of years until it just died on me one day (still don't know why, parts are hard to find and the model is discontinued), the first disappointment with a trimmer (my old 20v was still going, my son uses it at his house). So I go to get a replacement since I had the batteries for a 32v but they no longer make that (not sure what to do with the 32v batteries yet) model. I couldn't afford the 40v jump but spotted the new 20v with a 4Ah battery. I'm not sure what they did different on the angle from this model to my older ones but this model really gets around fence posts and into corners better than any other version. There's a nice spool holder now. The adjustments and overall operation are even smoother and easier. As frustrated as I was with the previous model simply dying on me this model has helped restore my faith in Worx trimmers.

Excellent quality with plenty of power

I have a 1 acre area with my house in the middle. I edged the sidewalks and driveway, then used it as a mower to trim the area my riding mower missed.
