It had great features to it but didn’t work right!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this less than a month ago. I finally got to use it last week. At first I was pleased. Then went and restarted it and ran for less than a minute and would stop. I charged the battery overnight and still did the same . I then finally got in touch with them and they sent an email with return label.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't work all that well for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like this is built for someone much shorter than me (5'10.) Even with the handle extended, I have to bend over quite a bit to use it. After a few minutes, my back was starting to hurt. The wheels are a nice feature, but aren't forgiving of uneven ground. I'd just as soon send it back.

Poor quailty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feels cheap and fragile, battery only lasts about 20 minutes. Can't even finish half my edging on a small 1/4 acre lot. Too short. Doesn't extend long enough and I'm only 5'4.

Great Trimmer: Buy without reservations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice trimmer. Batteries charge fast, last long. Light weight, easy to use, very ergonomic for someone with back problems. Need to have better instructions for initial setup and first time replacing line. Keep replacement spools indoors under climate control.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic tool

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! When the command feed button is pushed, the line will feed out about a centimetre. to see the line advance, please push the button multiple times. Also, anytime the tool starts, the line feeds out. Please check your email as I have contacted you offline for further assistance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago ...it has excellent power the only flaws I'm not happy about it is the spool. The tool has a very small spool that i need to refill every few minutes. Wish you could improve this part of the tool. Performance wise is good.
