First use, it works very well. I would have given it a 5 star if it came with 2 batteries, but it did not. And the older 18v battery only lasts about 5 minutes. But the trimmer is nice, although the string did stick and I had to open the bottom string enclosure a couple of times. Overall, a good product.

Don’t like change in raising and lowering handle, takes two hands, and extending shaft, also takes two hands. My old worx trimmer was easier to use, also switching from trimmer to edger. Other than that I like it.
